"I had my first massage from Katie during summer of 2010, ninety of the most relaxing and releasing minutes of my life.  My job combines physical exercise, the compression of working on my feet, on concrete, as well as the stress of agricultural business management.  I requested deep tissue technique in order to release the body tension that I tend to store in my back, neck and shoulders.  Katie's approach addressed my tensions, and helped to release and decompress. Breathing aliveness, head to toe.  She is so very tuned in.  I have coined the phrase "Katie Coma" which describes the blissful state I occupy at the conclusion of her massages. Over the course of the last three years I have come to scheduling weekly two-hour sessions with Katie and I look forward to each and every one!
