About UsRenew You Bodywork was founded by Katie Gage, certificated massage therapist. Katie always has been drawn to helping people, and knew she needed to have a career where she had a connection to people in the health and wellness area. She has been part of the health and wellness field her whole working career. She spent 15 years at Lavender Hill Spa, where she started as a bath attendant, to lead massage therapist, to assistant manager. During her career, she is always striving to grow and learn. She feels fortunate to part of a profession that helps, heals, and creates happiness for people.
Katie Gage opened ReNew You Bodywork with over ten years of training and practice. She has a great therapeutic approach to the body. Her training is in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Fascia Release Techniques, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Sports, Hot Stone, and Pregnancy. With the variety of techniques, she is able to customize the treatment for each of the client's needs. She also holds a AA in Liberal Arts and a Hospitality Certificate from the Santa Rosa Junior College. She has the ability to help people let go of the stress, tension, and discomfort; and to achieve the outcome of balance and harmony. Her goal in her practice, is for her clients to become more balanced, peaceful, and reconnected to their bodies. Relieving stress and muscular pain is a big step to allowing the mind and spirit to be open. ReNew You is all about Relax, Rejuvenate, and Reconnect. Katie Gage is passionate about health and wellness, she enjoys yoga and fitness. She loves spending time with her family; including hiking, camping, and supporting the kids with sports and school. Volunteering in school brings her much joy. Simply having fun, love, family, and health is who Katie Gage is. |
